What to Bring:
Activewear and shoes you’ll be comfortable hiking and doing yoga in; change of clothes for the afternoon (optional); sunscreen, hat and sunglasses; snacks and water; extra money for purchasing a bottle or two of the local tipple to call your own
St Paul’s Cathedral, Flinders Street, Melbourne (opposite Federation Square and Flinders Street Train Station). We can also meet you along the route (St Kilda Road > Nepean Highway > Mornington Peninsula Freeway)
We'll pick you up from the meeting point at 7am and drop you off at around 4:30pm.

From the big smoke to the big beyond
We pick you up in Melbourne city and make our way to our first adventure destination – Cape Schanck. Located on the rugged southern side of the peninsula, Cape Schanck is home to many of the critters that share our coins with the Queen. We hike through rugged bushland to a deserted beach, stopping to take in some of the best coastal scenery in the Australia.
Stretch it out
With an early start and a 5km bush walk under your belt, you’ll be ready for a good stretch. We’ll take a short drive to meet our meet our yoga master – in a park if the weather is good or a studio if it’s not. She’ll get you stretched and centred and after an hour of meditative stress relief, you’ll feel like a brand-new person.

Lunchtime will see us head to one of the great local eateries for a bite to eat and then the choice of afternoon activities is all yours! We can take you to one of the wineries this area is known for, or alternatively we can take you to the beach for some kayaking, paddleboarding or even just a swim. Whatever your choice, it will be the perfect way to finish an amazing and unforgettable day.
We kick off the day with a hike in Sherbrooke Forest and a walk in the Redwood Forest near Warburton. By this point, let’s face it, you deserve to relax – so the rest of the afternoon is spent indulging in the best food, wine and scenery around.
