What to Bring:

Meeting Point:

We'll pick you up from your accommodation if you are staying in Melbourne CBD or St Kilda. If you are staying elsewhere, we'll meet you outside St Paul’s Cathedral, corner of Swanston & Flinders Streets, Melbourne (opposite Federation Square and Flinders Street Train Station)

Itinerary

From the big smoke to the big beyond

We pick you up in Melbourne city and make our way to our first adventure destination – Cape Schanck. Located on the rugged southern side of the peninsula, Cape Schanck is home to many of the critters that share our coins with the Queen. We hike through rugged bushland to a deserted beach, stopping to take in some of the best coastal scenery in the Australia.

Next we meet our yoga master who’ll get you stretched and centered. Choose from a range of disciplines based on your level of experience and your objectives. After an hour of meditative stress relief, you’ll feel like a brand-new person.

After a big morning building up some ‘health credits’, the afternoon sees us kick back at one of the finest breweries or wineries around. Enjoy a great feed and something delicious to wash it down – you deserve it!

Yarra Valley Adventure – Hike, Bike & Wineries/Breweries

We kick off the day by conquering the 1000 steps, then ride through to lunchtime on the purpose-built Yarra Valley bike trails. By this point, let’s face it, you deserve to relax – so the rest of the afternoon is spent indulging in the best food, wine and scenery around.
